IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AGREEMENTS, CLICK ON " NO / I DISAGREE" BELOW. Cell Direct is brought to you by tnc. By using this site you agree to all the terms and conditions set herein and all terms and condition set by tnc.
We sell unlocked phones either already unlocked or with an unlocked code which you can enter at the time of setup. Original phone carrier may be from different provider/ country but all phones are fully unlocked and compatible to work in Canada. If you are going abroad you can always contact us or check "SPECS" to make sure it's compatible with your country carrier. ALL PHONES ARE CANADIAN NETWORK COMPATIBLE*.
We might ship the phone in brown or white bulk package to keep the shipping cost low but rest assured if the item described as new you'll get a new item.
Any order placed online for shipping before 3pm EST (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 48 hours and is covered under shipped by 2nd day guarantee. We use Canada post as our main carrier, the delivery/ transit time is based on Canada post. Any delay due to Canada post transit problem is not covered by shipping guarantee. We can arrange for alternate shipping carrier at buyer's expense.
We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance as sometimes items get misplaced and damage in transit, Shipping Insurance will help to protect your items. Should you decide not to purchase Shipping Insurance, we won't be held liable for any misplaced/ damage items.
30 days warranty covers shipping both ways at our (seller) expense for defective items only. Warranty items if found not defective or falsely claimed, buyer will be responsible for 35% Restocking fee + Shipping charges + Diagnostic fee ($50/ hours).
12 month in-house warranty item(s) covered by free exchange of a product only, shipping charges may apply. Warranty provided only if defective item shown to our satisfaction. Misused/ modified item(s) not covered.
We offer 7 day full refund customer satisfaction, as long as item has never been used and is in its original packaging. Shipping cost is non refundable. 1 year manufacturer warranty is valid for most new products.
All LCDs are checked before shipping out to reduce warranty claims. We recommend professional installation. Any LCD warranty claim is subject to approval. No warranty, if found user fault.
RETURNS & RMA
To keep our cost low and provide our customers with amazing low prices we do not accept returns after 7 days. Any return item has to be unused and its original packaging. If found USED you'll be charged 35% restocking fee + shipping.
Any item(s) returned must have RMA. We DO NOT accept returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
We also provide wholesale accounts. You can request it by filling out our whole-seller form. To be eligible for wholesale rates you must get approved and your first purchase must be over $2000.
CELL DIRECT RIGHTS
We reserve the rights to refuse and/or cancel any order without cause. We reserve the rights to decline any warranty with justification. As our company grow our terms and conditions evolve and it can change without notice.
BANK TRANSFER/ INTERAC TRANSFER
Log in to you bank and select "Pay Bills/ Transfer Funds/ Interac Payment/ e-Transfer or something similar".
Enter the amount you want to send and select the account you want to send the funds from.
You will be asked to:
Provide the name (use: celldirect) and email address (use: firstname.lastname@example.org) of the recipient
Provide a security question and answer that only the recipient will be able to answer (in this case use any question from the list you want but make sure to use this celldirect012018 as an answer)
An email notification will automatically be sent to the recipient (US) with instructions on how to retrieve the funds.
CREDIT CARD/ PAYPAL PAYMENTS
All unverified payments require up to 48 hours to process/ verify. We won't ship any item if we are unable to verify your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled and your account refunded. To expedite the payment verification please use same billing and shipping address as on your credit card.
PAYPAL AND CC REFUNDS
Paypal has changed their refund fee policy. Starting June 01 2019 we'll forward any fees that Paypal charge us. Should you decide to cancel an order paid by Paypal or require a Paypal refund, you'll incur any and all Paypal fees.
Any item paid by Credit Card or Interac will get a full refund.
All logos, pictures, specs, information used on this site belongs to their respective owner(s) we do not claim any copyrights. If you think we might have infringe on your copyrighted materials, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll remove the said material from our website.
MISPRINTS & ERRORS
Any misprint and/or typos are excluded. If there is a dispute between misprint/typo and actual price, actual price will be used.
